Accountabilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technical application initiatives aligned with structured innovation processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory, etc.) to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and governance artifacts using internal systems.
  • Support adherence to project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with intake requirements, lifecycle processes, and organizational standards.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues while working with stakeholders to develop mitigation and resolution strategies.
  • Analyze project data and performance indicators to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
    • 1+ years of experience in project management or related roles, ideally within healthcare, nutrition, or consumer goods environments.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems and familiarity with tools such as Power BI is highly preferred.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect insights across functions to support execution.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders effectively.
    • Problem-solving mindset with risk management, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
    • Adaptability, urgency, and comfort working in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with an inclusive, trust-building approach and a willingness to challenge constructively to drive results.
