Associate Technical Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Technical Project Manager based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of technical execution and cross-functional coordination, supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives across a diverse portfolio of nutrition and health science products.
You will help drive end-to-end project execution within technical application teams, ensuring alignment with structured innovation and product lifecycle frameworks.
The role involves working closely with stakeholders across R&D, supply chain, marketing, regulatory, and procurement to keep complex initiatives on track.
You will contribute to improving project visibility, governance, and decision-making through strong documentation and data-driven insights.
This is a highly collaborative environment where clarity, structure, and communication are essential to success.

It is a remote role with limited travel expectations.

• Lead and support end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technical application initiatives aligned with structured innovation processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory, etc.) to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and governance artifacts using internal systems.
• Support adherence to project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with intake requirements, lifecycle processes, and organizational standards.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues while working with stakeholders to develop mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Analyze project data and performance indicators to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in project management or related roles, ideally within healthcare, nutrition, or consumer goods environments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems and familiarity with tools such as Power BI is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect insights across functions to support execution.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with risk management, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
• Adaptability, urgency, and comfort working in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an inclusive, trust-building approach and a willingness to challenge constructively to drive results.
