Coates is looking for an experienced Installation Project Manager to remotely lead the delivery of complex signage, shopfitting and retail fit-out projects. Managing installation teams from afar, you’ll own each build from planning to handover — coordinating install crews, subcontractors and suppliers to land every job on time, on budget and to spec.
Please note, this fixed is an 18 month fixed term contract.
Key responsibilities for the role
Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-site signage, shopfitting and fit-out installations
Remotely coordinate install crews, subcontractors, trades and suppliers across sites
Build and manage install schedules, site access, milestones and dependencies
Be the central point of contact for clients and install teams, resolving issues quickly
Drive site safety, quality and compliance across every install, WPCG experience would be beneficial
Managing data & internal stakeholders ensuring the timely delivery of multiple sites at the same time
Qualifications and experience
- 5+ years managing physical installation, Signage, shopfitting, or construction/fit-out projects, across multiple site at the same time
- Proven experience coordinating subcontractors, trades and install crews across multiple sites
- Strong remote project management — schedules, budgets, safety and quality
- A confident communicator who can lead, coordinate and motivate installation teams remotely
- A trade, construction, signage or shopfitting background is highly regarded
