This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and organizational transformation, supporting high-impact initiatives that shape enterprise priorities and execution. You will act as a trusted analytical and strategic partner to leadership, helping translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable solutions. The role blends deep analytical work with “Chief of Staff” style coordination, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and initiatives. You will play a key part in driving operational excellence, improving decision-making frameworks, and enabling faster execution across the organization. Accountabilities:
- Partner with leadership to design and develop strategic initiatives, translating complex business problems into structured solutions.
- Act as a strategic thought partner by conducting root-cause analysis, framing problems, and developing executive-ready recommendations.
- Serve in a Chief of Staff capacity by coordinating strategic priorities, managing operational cadence, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Monitor and track key organizational initiatives, ensuring dependencies are managed and execution remains on track.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
- Build clear, compelling narratives and presentations to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to the design of scalable process improvements.
- Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and informed decision-making at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or highly analytical roles.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to work with complex or incomplete datasets.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear, executive-level recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability for senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of autonomy, initiative, and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in enterprise transformation, HR strategy, or people-focused projects is a plus.
