The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a servant leader and chief coach for one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs) delivering enterprise‑scale digital platforms and applications. This role is accountable for PI execution, flow optimization, and cross‑team alignment across Platform Infrastructure, Tech Site Portal, Tech HQ Portal, and MineStar Modernization teams, operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
The RTE partners with Product Management, System Architects, Engineering Managers, DevOps, and Business Owners to ensure predictable delivery, built‑in quality, and alignment to strategic objectives.
