This role sits at the center of healthcare revenue cycle transformation, leading structured assessment programs that evaluate operational performance and drive integration-ready recommendations.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of assessments, from planning and execution through executive readouts and post-engagement integration support.
The position plays a key role in standardizing methodologies, improving delivery quality, and ensuring consistent, high-impact client outcomes.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior leadership to translate complex operational data into actionable insights.
A strong focus is placed on analytics, KPI evaluation, reporting quality, and continuous process improvement.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role combining project management, consulting delivery, and healthcare operations expertise.
You will help shape scalable assessment frameworks that directly influence performance improvements across healthcare systems.
Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of assessment programs, ensuring consistent delivery from initiation through final executive readout and integration handoff.
- Manage assessment planning, including scheduling, coordination, documentation management, and internal kickoff alignment.
- Oversee pre-onsite, onsite, and post-onsite assessment activities, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and standardize assessment tools, templates, reports, and documentation for consistent quality and branding.
- Analyze healthcare revenue cycle operations, including KPIs and financial performance metrics, to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and refine client-facing deliverables, including executive summaries, presentations, and key findings reports.
- Facilitate data organization, validation, and reconciliation across multiple concurrent assessments.
- Lead post-assessment retrospectives and drive continuous improvement across processes, workflows, and methodologies.
- Ensure alignment with governance standards, timelines, and quality expectations across all assessment activities.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, preferably in acute hospital environments.
- 3–5 years of experience in people leadership or project/program coordination roles.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, KPIs, and healthcare operational best practices.
- Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, including executive-level presentation and the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools such as Visio and project tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel and work onsite as required by project needs.
- Interest in innovation, including the use of AI and digital tools to improve healthcare operations.
