About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Program Manager - Technical L&D to support our Shared Services organization. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating and executing a wide range of L&D activities, including scheduling and facilitating both virtual and in-person training sessions, managing logistics such as venue sourcing, meal coordination, IT requirements, and overall attendee experience.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries, driving timely resolutions while managing attendance tracking, completion records, and basic analytics. A critical component of this role involves maintaining and developing a robust content library within CrowdStrike University and our Learning Management System (LMS), posting recordings and slide presentations, and collaborating with subject matter experts to create high-quality, engaging, and up-to-date training content.
Additionally, you will support the team through requisition and purchase order management, general research, and presentation preparation, ensuring the Shared Services organization has the resources and learning experiences needed to thrive.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and assist with Learning and Development activities; schedule and facilitate virtual and in person training sessions, posting and updating content on Crowdstrike University.
Posts Recordings and Slide presentations.
Is Point of Contact for questions and drives resolutions.
Manage attendance and track completion; aid in basic analytics.
Manages requisition and purchase order requests.
General research and presentation preparation as needed.
Developing and maintaining the content library within the organization's learning management system (LMS).
Collaborating with subject matter experts to create high-quality, engaging, and up-to-date training content.
Virtually manage in-person training logistics; sourcing space, order meals, identifying IT requirements, and attendee experience.
What You'll Need:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong writing and proofreading skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Outlook, Slack, Zoom, Google Drive and other collaboration tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with video editing or graphic design tools is a plus.
Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with spreadsheets.
Experience with Doecbo and Articulate software.
Expertise in instructional design and content development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
Experience with Procurement systems, preferably COUPA.
Project management skills in supporting in-person trainings.
