You will drive end-to-end social media strategy execution, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, ensuring consistent, high-impact storytelling across channels. You will partner closely with internal leaders, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders to elevate executive visibility and thought leadership. Operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you will help define how content is planned, published, measured, and improved. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across the healthcare and revenue cycle ecosystem.

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for leading and executing integrated marketing communications programs, with a strong focus on social media strategy, content marketing, and performance optimization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and execute social media strategy across priority platforms, primarily LinkedIn, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement growth
  • Manage content planning and editorial calendars, coordinating timely publishing of news, campaigns, thought leadership, and executive content
  • Develop, write, and refine high-quality social content tailored to target audiences and platform best practices
  • Collaborate with executives and subject matter experts to strengthen thought leadership presence and content amplification
  • Monitor engagement, community activity, and social conversations, responding and escalating when appropriate
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics, translating insights into actionable content and distribution improvements
  • Support broader marketing communications initiatives, including PR alignment, campaign amplification, and content optimization
  • Requirements:

    This role requires strong experience in marketing communications, content strategy, and social media execution, ideally within a cross-functional or B2B environment. Candidates should bring both creative storytelling ability and analytical strength. Key qualifications include:

    • 5–7 years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or social media management
    • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for executive and brand-level communication
    • Proven experience developing and executing content and social media strategies, including LinkedIn-focused programs
    • Ability to interpret analytics and use performance data to optimize content and engagement outcomes
    • Experience working with stakeholders across leadership, marketing, and subject matter expert teams
    • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social or similar) is a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in fast-paced environments
    • Curiosity, adaptability, and openness to leveraging emerging technologies, including AI tools
