Partnerships GTM Program Lead

Jobgether · US

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partnerships GTM Program Lead based in United States.

This role is a strategic, systems-oriented leadership position responsible for building the operational backbone of a global partnerships organization.
You will design and scale the co-sell and co-marketing programs that enable partner teams to execute effectively across technology and channel ecosystems.
Rather than managing individual partner relationships, you will architect the frameworks, workflows, and tools that drive partnership-led revenue growth at scale.
The role sits at the intersection of partnerships, revenue operations, marketing, and sales, requiring strong cross-functional influence and systems thinking.
You will define how partner data flows through the GTM engine, ensuring consistency across Salesforce and adjacent platforms while enabling actionable insights.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in building structure, operational clarity, and scalable programs in fast-moving SaaS environments.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and scale co-sell program infrastructure, including qualification frameworks, repeatable partner plays, Salesforce pipeline structures, and operational workflows that enable partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain co-marketing systems, including campaign playbooks, content frameworks, partner enablement assets, and demand generation structures aligned with marketing and AI content tools.
  • Own the architecture of the partnerships technology stack, including Crossbeam, Suger, PartnerStack, Sana, and Salesforce, ensuring seamless workflows and scalable program design across systems.
  • Develop partnerships reporting infrastructure, including dashboards for pipeline health, revenue attribution, ROI, and performance insights, leveraging AI to synthesize cross-platform data.
  • Ensure end-to-end workflow integration between partnerships, sales, marketing, and revenue operations systems, maintaining data consistency and operational alignment.
  • Lead the Partnerships team’s internal AI enablement efforts by designing reusable workflows for co-sell scoring, automation, reporting, and partner onboarding processes.
  • Translate strategic priorities into structured programs that enable partner managers to execute effectively without reliance on ad hoc processes or manual coordination.
  • Requirements:

    • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM roles within B2B SaaS, including at least 3+ years focused specifically on partnerships strategy or program design.
    • Proven experience designing and scaling partner programs, including structured co-sell and co-marketing frameworks, rather than only executing partner relationships.
    • Hands-on experience with partner ecosystem tools such as Crossbeam, Suger, Salesforce, PartnerStack, or equivalent platforms, including workflow and system configuration.
    • Strong systems thinking with the ability to design scalable operational infrastructure across multiple GTM functions and tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to work across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align definitions, data flows, and execution models.
    • Experience building AI-enabled workflows or automation systems that improve program execution, reporting, or operational efficiency.
    • Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to turn complex program data into clear, actionable insights and reusable playbooks.
    • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor influencing executive-level stakeholders without direct management responsibility.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation aligned with senior-level GTM program leadership roles in SaaS.
      • Equity participation as part of a long-term incentive structure.
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
      • Flexible remote-first work model.
      • Unlimited paid time off and paid holidays.
      • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
      • Professional development opportunities, including learning platforms and cross-functional exposure.
      • Inclusive, collaborative culture built on trust, transparency, and continuous learning.
