You will oversee end-to-end delivery of racing partnership programs, ensuring every activation reflects a world-class brand experience across major racing series and events. The position involves managing complex, fast-moving operations spanning events, content, and stakeholder coordination across international race calendars. You will act as a key connector between internal teams, racing partners, agencies, and hospitality providers. Accountabilities:

Oversee the full lifecycle of motorsport partnership programs, ensuring seamless coordination of assets, events, and stakeholder engagement across the racing season. Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary operational contact for racing team partners and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth day-to-day execution
  • Managing distribution and utilization of partnership assets such as credentials, hospitality access, and VIP experiences for race events
  • Leading planning and delivery of VIP guest and hospitality programs across domestic and international race calendars
  • Coordinating end-to-end event logistics including vendors, budgets, timelines, and on-site execution
  • Supporting the creation and execution of content and communications aligned with key race moments in collaboration with marketing and communications teams
  • Tracking program performance and delivering post-event reporting, insights, and recommendations for improvement
  • Managing cross-functional coordination with internal departments including legal, finance, procurement, sales, and marketing
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, financial controls, and operational standards across all activations
  • Requirements:

    This role requires strong experience in partnership or event program management within sports, entertainment, or similarly fast-paced environments. You should be comfortable managing multiple high-touch workstreams while maintaining precision and stakeholder alignment. Ideal qualifications include:

    • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing operations, event management, or program delivery within sports, entertainment, or agency/brand environments
    • Proven ability to manage complex, premium event or hospitality programs with high attention to detail
    • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including senior stakeholder interaction
    • Experience supporting content, communications, or guest-facing messaging for live events
    • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, travel-heavy environments, including race weekends and international travel
    • Strong organizational, budgeting, and vendor management capabilities
    • Preferred exposure to motorsport ecosystems (e.g., WEC, IMSA, SRO) or global sports sponsorship programs
    • Familiarity with sponsorship performance tracking, event technology tools, or CRM systems is a plus
