Staff Program Manager - M&A Integration

This role is a high-impact opportunity to lead and coordinate complex post-merger integration programs across a fast-scaling, global technology environment. The Staff Program Manager will own multiple cross-functional workstreams, ensuring seamless execution of acquisition integration plans from planning through delivery. Acting as a central orchestration point, this role partners closely with functional leaders and executive stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive critical decisions under tight timelines. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, requiring strong structure, clarity, and execution discipline in situations of ambiguity. This individual will be responsible for translating integration strategy into actionable plans while mitigating risks and ensuring alignment across teams. The role directly influences the success of acquisitions and their long-term business impact.
Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end M&A integration programs, defining structured plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution of acquisition objectives.
- Coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment, clear ownership, and execution against integration milestones.
- Monitor integration progress across teams, identifying risks, dependencies, and issues while proactively driving resolution and escalation when needed.
- Facilitate operational cadences such as stand-ups, readiness reviews, and status updates to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Partner with functional and executive stakeholders to resolve conflicts, manage trade-offs, and ensure critical path execution.
- Track and report integration performance, ensuring visibility into progress, blockers, and delivery timelines.
- Support decision-making by providing structured insights, clear communication, and data-driven updates to leadership.
- 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs, ideally within technology or high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs or projects on time and within scope.
- Strong background in program or project management with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong prioritization and execution discipline.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify, assess, and resolve risks and dependencies.
- Bachelor’s degree required (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience.
