This role sits at the center of execution and coordination for high-impact growth and transformation initiatives within a fast-scaling healthcare organization. You will ensure that strategic priorities are translated into flawless operational delivery across multiple interconnected workstreams spanning product, clinical, commercial, and operational teams. The position requires strong program management discipline, systems thinking, and the ability to bring structure to complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You will not only track execution but also design the governance frameworks that keep large-scale initiatives moving efficiently. A key part of your impact will be ensuring alignment between growth objectives and operational realities across the organization. This is a highly cross-functional role where precision, communication, and accountability directly influence business performance and patient outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Own and maintain an integrated program plan across multiple large-scale initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies, owners, and progress across numerous cross-functional teams.
- Translate strategic growth initiatives into executable operational plans, ensuring alignment between product, clinical, billing, marketing, and customer-facing functions.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across Operations, Product, Clinical, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Client Success teams to ensure consistent execution.
- Establish and manage governance structures, including steering committees, working groups, escalation paths, decision logs, and recurring operational cadences.
- Lead weekly rollout and execution meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
- Drive completion of key readiness workstreams, including clinical protocols, billing processes, member communications, and measurement frameworks.
- Identify, track, and escalate cross-functional blockers, ensuring timely resolution through structured escalation and executive engagement when needed.
- Maintain visibility into program health and provide clear, concise updates to leadership on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Continuously improve operational frameworks to support scalable execution of growth and transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or implementation roles, preferably in a high-growth startup environment (Series B–D).
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream transformation or product rollout initiatives.
- Strong background in healthcare, health tech, or digital health, with understanding of regulatory and compliance environments (including HIPAA).
- Hands-on experience supporting product launches or operationalizing product-led initiatives at scale.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex operational status into clear executive-level updates.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to connect strategic goals with operational execution.
- Experience with structured change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools or workflow automation is an advantage.
