Program Management Support Specialist

This role supports the design, coordination, and execution of community-focused programs that aim to generate meaningful social impact at scale.
It involves working across cross-functional stakeholders, including nonprofits, corporate teams, and community partners, to deliver high-quality initiatives.
The position blends program management, relationship building, and data-driven evaluation to improve outcomes and strengthen engagement strategies.

Accountabilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end program and project management activities, from planning and design through execution and evaluation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, nonprofit organizations, and community stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of program objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners while identifying opportunities to enhance collaboration and impact.
- Support the development of innovative community engagement strategies and translate ideas into structured, executable initiatives.
- Track program performance using data, generate insights, and contribute to reporting that informs continuous improvement and decision-making.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in program management, community impact, client services, nonprofit capacity building, fundraising, volunteer coordination, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Experience using data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and support strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative, impact-driven solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to both strategic objectives and operational detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Competitive W2 contract compensation at $56.57/hour (6–12 month assignment).
