About Role
As a Technical Product Manager, you'll lead the development of the technical platforms and systems that underpin BJAK's products. You'll partner closely with Engineering to define product requirements, shape technical direction, and prioritize investments that improve scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of core technical platforms and systems that power BJAK's products.
Partner closely with Engineering to define technical requirements, evaluate architectural trade-offs, and deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
Translate complex technical challenges into clear product priorities, balancing customer needs, engineering constraints, and business impact.
Drive product development from technical discovery through launch, using data, experimentation, and engineering feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
Collaborate across Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Design, Operations, and Compliance to build products that scale globally.
Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience building complex software products in a leading technology company, fintech, or high-growth startup.
Strong technical foundation with a solid understanding of system design, software architecture, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and engineering trade-offs.
Proven experience partnering closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, make architectural decisions, and deliver scalable products from strategy through execution.
Strong product judgment with the ability to balance customer needs, technical complexity, scalability, and business priorities in fast-moving environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to drive execution.
