Product Manager II, AI Crisis Resilience

Google · Tel Aviv, Israel

At Google, we put our users first. The world is always changing, so we need Product Managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect millions of people every day.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

At the core of Google Search is our mission to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful. Crisis Resilience (CR) is a critical, high-impact product that ensures Google provides timely, accurate, and life-saving information during environmental and humanitarian crises.

Advancements in artificial intelligence enable us to transform the user experience into a proactive, reliable ecosystem of safety information. Google Search is one of the first places people turn to in times of crisis, delivering features that directly impact millions of lives globally.

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager based in Tel Aviv to define and execute our strategy for AI-powered crisis response experiences across Search.

In Google Search, we're reimagining what it means to search for information – any way and anywhere. To do that, we need to solve complex engineering challenges and expand our infrastructure, while maintaining a universally accessible and useful experience that people around the world rely on. In joining the Search team, you'll have an opportunity to make an impact on billions of people globally.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
  • Experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or Machine Learning (AI/ML).
  • Experience defining product requirements, prioritizing tradeoffs, and leading cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, UX, Operations) through product gates and execution.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience operating in high-stakes environments where accuracy, trustworthiness, and system reliability are paramount.
  • Strong systems-thinking approach, with the ability to understand complex architectures, data flows, and dependencies across multiple technical components.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to use data and metrics to guide product decisions and measure global impact.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across globally distributed teams and navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills, particularly in the context of working with complex external partnerships or authoritative data providers.
