Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of performance marketing and app-specific ecosystem.
- Understanding of the app measurement landscape, including MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and iOS-specific frameworks like SKAN and ATT as well as broader measurement concepts like Incrementally and First Party.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, analyze client needs and manage multiple complex work-streams in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to build data-driven insights, delivering high-impact presentations to senior stakeholders across functions/regions.
- Ability to lead virtual, cross-functional project teams within large, matrixed organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with bilingual capability in Mandarin.
