Group Product Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary Job Function
- Develop and implement the brand strategies & plan to grow the business and identify opportunities to expand sales and productivity of assigned department.
- Analyze market and develop effective marketing strategy/plan to grow the business and identify opportunities to expand sales and productivity of assigned product. Develop and implement marketing program in collaboration with sales team to achieve sales target.
- Create and develop the marketing materials including evidence-based messages, clinical tools, product slides, handbooks with high quality to enhance brand equity and messaging
- Lead to build and maintain professional relationship with KOLs through advisory meeting, sponsorship, site visit and attendance at key congress. Utilize KOLs to drive marketing message and brand noise for demand creation.
- Responsible for A&P budget management and efficiency evaluation.
- Responsible for monthly sales forecast set-up and actual delivery, work closely with demand and sales team to meet annual target.
- Assist Marketing Director in other additional tasks as requested.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum Experience/Training Required
- With >5 years working experience in Pharmaceutical or Clinical Nutrition market.
- Minimum >2 years working experience on Senior product management with multi-national company.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience background is preferred.
- Good command of written and verbal English.
