The Opportunity
Join Adobe’s Digital Experience organization in Bengaluru as a Product Manager 3 and lead one of our most important enterprise capabilities. You will manage forecasting within a connected ecosystem that includes Sales Performance Management, Forecasting, and upstream planning systems. This provides a single, reliable view of pipeline and ARR forecasts, which directly supports executive decision-making. What You’ll Do
- Take full responsibility for Sales Performance Management and forecasting systems from start to finish
- Define product strategy and roadmap for pipeline visibility, forecast rollups, and data-based predictions
- Lead cross-system integration and architecture, ensuring scalable, reliable data flows
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to align forecast definitions, pipeline stages, and revenue assumptions
- Improve forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage, and predictability through data insights
- Work with engineering teams to bring to bear AI/ML, LLMs, or automation frameworks (e.g., copilots, agents, orchestration tools)
- Proven capability to outline, convey, and secure agreement on multi-year product roadmaps for platform or enterprise products
Skills Required
- 6–8 years in Product Management, ideally within Sales Performance Management, Forecasting, RevOps, or related platforms
- Experience owning complex, multi-system enterprise products or SPM and Forecasting platforms
- Strong comprehension of sales pipeline oversight, sales performance tracking, and forecasting procedures
- Strong experience partnering with engineering, architecture, and operations teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience managing complex, multi-system initiatives through disciplined prioritization and execution
- Strong data and analytical abilities with experience working on data models, pipelines, and forecasting inputs
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and roadmap execution at scale
Requirements & Product Discovery
- Strong ability to elicit, structure, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions with collaborators, customers, and other interested parties
- Experience conducting fit-gap analysis (current vs. future state) to define MVP scope and strategic roadmap
- Ability to challenge and refine requirements to ensure alignment with business value, outcomes, and scalability
Documentation & Communication
- Expertise in crafting clear, structured product artifacts, including:
Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
1. Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Process flows, journey maps, and personas
- Ability to detail end-to-end business processes and system interactions, including downstream impacts across coordinated platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Backlog Management & Delivery Readiness
- Proven experience translating requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Strong backlog ownership, including prioritization, refinement, and sprint readiness
- Ability to outline test scenarios and UAT criteria, ensuring delivered features meet business expectations
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Workfront)
Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment
- Ability to lead and influence across Sales, RevOps, Finance, Engineering, and Architecture without direct authority
- Experience driving alignment on scope, priorities, and definitions across complex collaborator groups
- Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leadership and governance forums (e.g., PRB/ARB)
Analytical & Problem-Solving
- Strong capability to detect problems in data, process, or system build
- Experience using data to drive product decisions, prioritization, and continuous improvement
- Ability to recognize root causes of business and system challenges and convert them into actionable solutions
Execution & Operational Excellence
- Experience managing products through full lifecycle (discovery → definition → delivery → release → optimization)
- Strong focus on detail with the capability to handle dependencies, risks, and delivery schedules
- Ability to balance run-the-business priorities with central initiatives
