In this role, you will define and deliver next-generation AI-powered capabilities within a leading healthcare data and analytics platform. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, data science, and customer workflows, translating advanced AI technologies into practical solutions that improve healthcare operations and outcomes. The position involves owning end-to-end product lifecycles, from discovery through production and adoption, with a strong focus on measurable business and customer impact. You will work closely with enterprise customers to understand real-world challenges and ensure AI solutions are deeply aligned with clinical and operational needs. This is a high-ownership role where you will shape product strategy while also driving execution in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to bring generative AI, automation, and analytics into production at scale. Success in this role is defined by shipped products, customer value delivered, and the ability to influence long-term AI product direction across the organization.

Accountabilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered product capabilities, from ideation and customer discovery through development, deployment, and adoption in production environments. Translate emerging AI technologies such as LLMs, retrieval systems, and intelligent automation into scalable healthcare solutions.
  • Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand workflow challenges, validate product direction, and ensure solutions deliver measurable improvements in care delivery, operations, and efficiency.
  • Drive roadmap decisions by balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities while ensuring alignment across Engineering, Data Science, GTM, and Customer Success teams.
  • Define and track success metrics tied to adoption, revenue impact, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes, ensuring products deliver clear and measurable value.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams on system design, architecture tradeoffs, and production readiness for AI-driven capabilities at enterprise scale.
  • Mentor and influence product practices across the organization while helping establish scalable frameworks for building and shipping AI-native products.
  • Requirements:

    • 12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, platform products, data-driven systems, or AI-enabled product environments, ideally within healthcare or similarly complex domains.
    • Proven experience building and shipping enterprise-scale AI, machine learning, or generative AI products, including systems powered by LLMs, RAG architectures, or intelligent automation.
    • Strong technical fluency with modern AI concepts, including model evaluation, retrieval systems, agentic workflows, and AI governance principles.
    • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value and measurable business outcomes.
    • Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams to deliver production-grade systems and make architecture-level product decisions.
    • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
    • Track record of owning products that drive adoption, retention, revenue growth, or operational improvements at enterprise scale.
    • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees in technical, business, or healthcare-related fields are a plus.
