Staff Product Manager - Creators

This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on shaping and scaling a large-scale digital learning experience within a global SaaS ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for a creator-driven learning platform serving millions of monthly active users. The role blends product vision, UX excellence, and data-driven experimentation to improve learner engagement, retention, and completion outcomes. You will define how users discover, consume, and progress through learning content while continuously optimizing the experience through A/B testing and behavioral insights. Working closely with design, engineering, data, and growth teams, you will drive product decisions that directly impact user success and platform monetization. Accountabilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for a large-scale learning and creator platform serving millions of monthly users.
- Lead the end-to-end learner journey, identifying friction points and optimizing activation, engagement, completion, and reactivation.
- Drive product growth and monetization through improved discovery, content consumption, progression, and retention mechanics.
- Design and deliver core learning experiences including course creation, consumption, progress tracking, and learner success features.
- Champion UX/UI excellence by partnering with design and engineering to build intuitive, accessible, and high-performance learning experiences.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve engagement metrics and validate product hypotheses.
- Leverage data and cohort analysis to inform roadmap prioritization and measure impact across key learning and business metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to drive adoption and user success.
- Own key product and business metrics including activation, retention, completion rates, and revenue per learner.
- Identify and optimize learner activation milestones and long-term engagement loops that drive sustained platform usage.
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C or B2B2C products with large-scale user bases (2M+ monthly active users preferred).
- Proven experience building and scaling learning platforms, eLearning products, MOOCs, or creator-driven ecosystems.
- Strong UX sensibility with deep understanding of learner journeys, engagement design, and habit formation.
- Demonstrated success running experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and iterative product optimization.
- Experience driving growth and monetization in subscription, marketplace, or creator-based business models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use behavioral data, funnels, and cohort analysis to guide decisions.
- Ability to balance strategic product vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills with experience influencing stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on measurable user and business outcomes.
- Competitive annual salary range of $184,000 – $224,000
