Principal Product Manager, ASKIE
This role will lead product strategy for ASKIE (AI Systems Knowledge & Insights Engine). You will lead efforts to shape how product development occurs at Google and throughout the industry. You will be responsible for defining and building a metrics and analysis platform to deliver insights and drive improvement for humans and agents alike. This will include strategy for a metrics and insights platform that is built on cutting-edge research, emerging development workflows, and data infrastructure. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the company to drive Google-scale outcomes in velocity, cost savings, Googler CSAT, and risk reduction.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $281000 - $392000 (USD) + 30% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in product management.
- Experience in Applied AI.
Preferred qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to relay complex technical and business concepts to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in applied AI within an enterprise context.
- Proven leadership in navigating ambiguity and collaborating to influence team across boundaries and geographies.
- A commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.
