Global Product Lead, AI Transformation

In this role, you will partner closely with the Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Program Management teams to deeply understand user pain points, form business requirements, and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development and launch. You will lead the charge in forward-deploying AI into the Revenue Strategy Organization (RSO), identifying current manual use cases and transforming them into intelligent, AI-enabled solutions and workflows. In this cross-functional role, you will be a dynamic leader where you will be given significant autonomy and ownership over your work which will have a lasting impact on the future of Google Ads.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. US: $148000 - $216000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in product or program management.
  • Experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience working with system design and product design.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience implementing technical solutions and managing the product development life-cycle.
  • Experience with data-driven analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
