Role: Specialist, Content
Responsible for end‑to‑end content lifecycle management across Mastercard Academy learning products — ensuring all content is structured, discoverable, AI‑ready, and operationally deployed at scale.
This role sits at the intersection of Content creation (SMEs), Learning design, Platform operations (deployment, tagging, updates), AI enablement (AI professors / agentic learning)
The focus is not on content creation itself, but on ensuring content flows efficiently from creation to consumption, with strong governance, consistency, and readiness for future AI‑driven delivery.
Scope of Responsibility
1. Content Inventory & Governance: Own and maintain a centralised content inventory across
2. Ensure content is: Properly versioned ,Clearly mapped to learning objectives and pathways, Easily discoverable across platforms
3. Content Structuring & AI Readiness: Ensure all content is structured and tagged to be AI‑ready, including Metadata tagging (topic, audience, format, level), Modularisation for reuse across formats, Consistent formatting for ingestion into AI systems
4. SME Coordination & Content Flow Management: Coordinate with internal SMEs to secure availability and engagement, and ensure timely content creation and validation
5. Be a passionate advocate of the product vision and act as the voice of the customer throughout the development and implementation cycle
About You
• Experience managing global stakeholders, and executing multi-stakeholder projects
• Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects in cross-functional environment.
• Ability to communicate needs and schedules to business stakeholders and
technology teams, as well as ensure plans are in place/standards are
adhered to
• Position will require a level of confidence to hold the line with internal teams to provide the highest level of advocacy for the projects.
• Understanding of and interest in learning design and learning processes
• (optional) Knowledge of payment technology and finance topics
• Excellent communications skills, attention to details and confidence to take
'command and control' of project delivery from initiation to production
• Presentation & office tools proficiency required
