This is a high-impact product leadership role where you will define and execute the global product strategy for a fast-scaling payments platform operating across multiple markets. You will own the end-to-end product roadmap, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to ensure the right capabilities are delivered at the right time for diverse customer needs. Working closely with engineering, sales, and professional services, you will translate market requirements into a clear, prioritised roadmap that drives growth and product-market fit. The role requires strong commercial awareness, deep product thinking, and the ability to operate in complex, regulated environments. You will also play a key role in shaping customer-facing conversations and ensuring product commitments are both ambitious and deliverable. This is a highly visible position with direct influence over company direction and global expansion.
Lead the definition and execution of the global product roadmap, ensuring clear prioritisation across 3–6 and 6–12 month horizons aligned with market needs and business strategy.
Bring extensive product leadership experience within payments, fintech, or complex B2B technology environments, with a strong understanding of global payment ecosystems.
