This is an exciting opportunity to define the strategy behind a growing integrations and platform ecosystem that powers complex, data-intensive solutions. You will own the product vision for APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities, ensuring scalable and reliable solutions that create long-term value for customers. Working closely with engineering, client-facing teams, and external partners, you will transform business needs into impactful product initiatives while balancing technical excellence with customer outcomes. This role offers a high level of ownership, strategic influence, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and building products that scale, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for integrations, APIs, connectors, and platform capabilities, ensuring scalability and long-term business value.
  • Translate customer, partner, and business requirements into clear product specifications and prioritized development initiatives.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable integrations, data pipelines, APIs, and platform services.
  • Prioritize competing integration requests by balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, business impact, and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with client success and implementation teams to streamline onboarding processes and deliver low-friction integration experiences.
  • Lead integration initiatives throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning to launch, adoption, ongoing optimization, and maintenance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as implementation speed, adoption rates, platform reliability, and support efficiency to continuously improve platform performance.
  • Drive the development of repeatable integration frameworks that reduce custom development efforts and enable scalable growth.
  • Requirements

    • 7–10+ years of product management experience with ownership of a product area, platform, or end-to-end product lifecycle.
    • Proven experience leading highly technical integration initiatives involving APIs, webhooks, inbound data connectors, ETL pipelines, or similar platform technologies.
    • Strong technical understanding with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and translate technical concepts into business value.
    • Demonstrated success building scalable platform solutions rather than highly customized implementations.
    • Experience defining product strategy, setting roadmaps, and independently managing a complete product domain.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities with a customer-centric approach to product development.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
    • Experience working with regulated third-party data systems, healthcare integrations (such as EHR, FHIR, or HL7), external partner ecosystems, or customer implementation workflows is considered a strong advantage.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 USD per year.
      • Performance-based incentive opportunities as part of the total compensation package.
      • Comprehensive employee benefits package, including healthcare coverage.
      • Transparent, market-aligned compensation philosophy with consideration for experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
      • Opportunity to work on innovative AI-driven products that solve complex, high-impact customer challenges.
      • High level of ownership and strategic influence within a collaborative, fast-growing team.
      • Professional development opportunities and exposure to cutting-edge platform and integration technologies.
      • Supportive, transparent, and innovation-focused work environment.
