Product Manager II

In this role, you will join a mission-driven technology environment focused on transforming education through digital products that connect students, parents, and schools in more meaningful and effective ways. You will be responsible for shaping product strategy and driving the evolution of scalable digital solutions with high user and business impact. The position requires a strong balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working across multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems. You will define product vision, prioritize opportunities, and ensure delivery of high-value outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role where data, experimentation, and user insight guide decision-making. You will play a key role in connecting technical execution with educational impact, helping build products that operate at scale in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Accountabilities:
- Lead product discovery and continuous evolution of digital products, identifying opportunities and translating complex problems into scalable and user-friendly solutions.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive continuous optimization cycles.
- Design and run experiments, hypotheses, and A/B tests to validate solutions before scaling investments.
- Communicate product context, strategy, and results clearly across different levels of the organization.
- Act as a product reference within the squad, promoting best practices in discovery, prioritization, and execution.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager leading digital products or complex product initiatives.
- Experience defining, tracking, and improving product and business metrics.
- Background working in cross-functional teams with Engineering, Design, and Data stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Track record of managing product roadmaps and prioritizing competing demands effectively.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong operational execution.
- Experience in technology companies with scalable or high-growth digital products (preferred).
- Familiarity with product analytics, SQL, or data-driven decision-making (plus).
- Experience with platforms, ecosystems, marketplaces, or complex integrated systems (plus).
- Exposure to experimentation frameworks, growth metrics (acquisition, retention, engagement, monetization), and multi-team initiatives (plus).
