This is a high-impact product role focused on improving how users experience and navigate a complex, mission-critical service environment. You will help design and deliver product initiatives that directly shape customer experience, retention, and trust across a fast-growing platform operating in a highly sensitive industry. • Translate high-level product ideas into clear requirements, workflows, and deliverables that can be executed efficiently by development teams.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure visibility into priorities, dependencies, and timelines, while proactively managing risks and trade-offs.
  • Document decisions, action items, and product requirements, ensuring accountability and follow-through across stakeholders.
  • Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on product concepts, contributing to fast experimentation and learning cycles.
  • Uphold product and brand standards across all user touchpoints, ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality of experience.
  • Requirements:

    • 2–5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or related roles in a fast-paced tech or consumer-focused environment.
    • Strong execution mindset with a proven ability to drive projects from concept through launch with high attention to detail.
    • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with shifting priorities and minimal structure.
    • Strong understanding of user experience principles and ability to design intuitive, consumer-grade product flows.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across engineering, design, and business teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, align stakeholders, and deliver against tight timelines.
    • Bias toward action, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership of end-to-end outcomes.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary with potential equity participation.
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
      • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, mission-driven startup environment.
      • High-impact role with direct visibility into company leadership and decision-making.
