This role sits at the intersection of financial systems transformation and AI-driven product innovation, offering the opportunity to redefine how core billing and enterprise finance operations are designed and executed at scale. The position focuses on building a unified, real-time billing ecosystem that replaces legacy ERP and fragmented systems with intelligent, automated, and adaptive platforms. Working closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams, the Product Manager will help embed AI/ML capabilities into the foundation of financial workflows. This includes enabling predictive insights, automated reconciliation, and next-generation decision support for global operations. The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex financial processes into scalable product solutions while driving bold transformation. Accountabilities:
- Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of next-generation billing and core financial systems, driving the transition toward a unified, real-time financial platform.
- Define and deliver AI/ML-enabled product capabilities that enhance billing operations through predictive analytics, anomaly detection, automated reconciliation, and prescriptive insights.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to design scalable architectures that embed intelligence directly into financial workflows and systems.
- Translate business, customer, and operational needs into clear product strategies, prioritizing high-impact problems and long-term transformation goals.
- Drive end-to-end product delivery using agile methodologies, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making to continuously improve outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, UX, and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product vision.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights, including AI-driven analytics, to inform prioritization, measure success, and identify innovation opportunities.
- Communicate product strategy and vision to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and organizational buy-in across enterprise initiatives.
- 6–10 years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to financial systems, ERP platforms, or revenue lifecycle management.
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML-powered products, including collaboration with data science teams and operationalization of models at scale.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting workflows, and enterprise billing or reconciliation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design scalable, automated, and data-driven solutions.
- Highly analytical and data-driven approach to product development, decision-making, and performance measurement.
- Experience working in agile environments with a strong bias toward experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams.

- Competitive base salary range: $89,800 – $120,400.
