This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of marketing web applications and digital experiences within a fast-evolving educational technology environment. You will be responsible for validating new features, integrations, and system updates across multiple platforms while maintaining high standards for functionality, usability, and accessibility. The position blends traditional QA expertise with modern automation and AI-driven testing approaches, making it ideal for someone passionate about innovation in software quality. You will define, implement, and continuously improve QA strategies and processes for marketing web applications, ensuring quality across releases and integrations. You will design and maintain manual and automated testing frameworks, including regression, UI, API, and integration tests, while embedding them into CI/CD pipelines. You will also explore and integrate AI-powered testing tools to enhance efficiency, coverage, and defect detection.
The ideal candidate brings experience in web application testing and QA automation, with strong technical knowledge of modern testing tools, scripting, and software development workflows.
