This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI automation, and enterprise customer experience transformation. You will design and build intelligent agentic workflows that power autonomous AI systems used by global enterprise brands to improve customer engagement at scale. The position requires strong engineering fundamentals combined with hands-on experience in prompt engineering, API integrations, and workflow orchestration. You will work with a modern no-code/low-code agent platform to create production-grade AI agents capable of executing complex business processes reliably. This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner closely with product, QA, and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. You will also focus on ensuring performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of deployed agents. Accountabilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality prompts for LLM-powered agents, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and contextual performance.
  • Build and configure agentic workflows using a no-code/low-code automation platform for enterprise-scale use cases.
  • Integrate internal and external APIs, managing authentication, data transformation, and robust error handling.
  • Implement testing strategies, debug issues, and ensure end-to-end reliability of agent workflows in production environments.
  • Apply software engineering best practices including retries, idempotency, timeouts, and fault-tolerant system design.
  • Optimize AI agents for performance, scalability, operational cost, and system resilience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement of agent systems through monitoring, refinement, and iterative enhancement.
  • Requirements:

    • 5–7 years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar technical role in enterprise or product environments.
    • Strong understanding of prompt engineering and behavior of large language models (LLMs).
    • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON-based integrations, and system-to-system communication.
    • Solid experience in debugging, unit testing, and troubleshooting production-grade applications.
    • Strong knowledge of resilient system design principles, including failure handling and non-happy-path scenarios.
    • Ability to work closely with customers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Experience with workflow automation, integration systems, or distributed application design is highly desirable.
    • Exposure to observability, monitoring, or production system analytics is a plus.
    • Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and agentic AI systems is an advantage.
