This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Generative AI Solutions Consultant based in Canada.
This role is focused on turning high-impact business challenges into working, production-ready AI solutions powered by generative AI and agentic workflows. You will act as a key builder and innovator, rapidly prototyping AI agents that automate complex internal processes and improve operational efficiency across the organization. The position sits at the intersection of engineering, product thinking, and AI experimentation, requiring both technical curiosity and strong execution ability. You will design and deploy agent-based systems, integrate APIs, and explore emerging LLM capabilities to create scalable automation solutions. A core part of your impact will involve translating business needs into practical AI workflows that can be iterated and scaled quickly. This is a highly hands-on role in a fast-evolving AI environment where speed, experimentation, and real-world impact are essential.
Accountabilities:
- Design and build agentic AI workflows that automate multi-step business processes and decision-making tasks.
- Rapidly prototype AI agents that interact with internal systems, APIs, and data sources to validate use cases.
- Develop and iterate on generative AI solutions to assess feasibility, impact, and scalability.
- Build lightweight applications and automation workflows using LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, and integration tools.
- Support the transition of validated prototypes into production-ready AI solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Contribute to AI monitoring and safety frameworks, including tools to detect anomalies, risks, and misuse in deployed systems.
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools to identify new opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into structured, testable technical AI prototypes.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience working with generative AI tools, LLM APIs, or agent-based systems.
- Experience building technical prototypes, automation workflows, or AI-enabled applications.
- Strong ability to translate business problems into functional technical solutions.
- Familiarity with APIs and integrating SaaS or internal platforms.
- Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar preferred).
- Exposure to or interest in agentic AI systems, RAG architectures, or vector databases is a plus.
- Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly in emerging technology environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
