This role sits at the intersection of sales engineering, customer strategy, and technical solution design within a fast-scaling AI-native SaaS environment. As a Strategic Solutions Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to both prospective and existing enterprise customers, helping them understand, evaluate, and implement complex workflow and productivity solutions. You will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive new business, expand existing accounts, and deliver tailored proof-of-value experiences that demonstrate measurable impact. This is a highly consultative and client-facing role requiring strong technical fluency, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions. You will also play a key role in shaping how customers adopt AI-driven workflows and integrations across their organizations. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply focused on innovation and productivity transformation.
Accountabilities:
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver technical presentations, solution demos, and product walkthroughs for enterprise and commercial clients.
- Design, build, and execute customized proof-of-value (PoV) implementations that demonstrate business impact and product fit.
- Develop customer-specific dashboards, reports, and workflow solutions to support decision-making and operational visibility.
- Support and respond to technical components of RFPs, ensuring accurate and compelling solution articulation.
- Serve as a technical expert on product capabilities, integrations, and AI-driven workflows across the customer lifecycle.
- Map customer business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve demo environments, solution assets, and technical enablement materials.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through cloud adoption, workflow transformation, and integration strategies.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, pre-sales, consulting, or implementation.
- 2+ years of experience working with enterprise or commercial customers in a solution-driven capacity.
- Strong experience designing and implementing AI-driven workflows, including agentic automation and multi-step orchestration.
- Hands-on expertise with APIs, web services, and integration platforms such as Zapier, Workato, Unito, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud application deployment, digital transformation, and change management processes.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience with business process mapping, solution design, and value-based selling methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design lightweight technical solutions under time constraints.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid environment with periodic onsite engagements.
