Reporting to the Solution Engineering team, the Solutions Engineer supports customers across Italy and Eastern Europe throughout the implementation of Vusion solutions.
Working closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams, you will understand customer business needs, design appropriate technical solutions, configure the platform, coordinate implementations, and ensure successful deployments.
This role requires a solid technical background and a good understanding of software applications, understanding code when needed, system integrations, networking and IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Technical Environment: Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, networking, IT infrastructure, SaaS platforms, Azure Microsoft, IoT and connected devices, retail technology solutions.
Mandatory
Preferred
Ideal candidate: 1.5 to 4 years of professional experience after graduation as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Implementation Engineer or Technical Consultant, with experience managing technical implementation projects. Strong exposure to retail customers and IoT solutions, with a solid understanding of software applications, system integration, networking and IT infrastructure.
