Salesforce Belgium & Luxembourg is looking for a curious and energetic Enterprise Account Executive with a deep knowledge of technology and value-based solution selling to manage and grow our Luxembourg patch.
This Business Unit sells the entire Salesforce platform into a strategic, high-value set of named accounts within Luxembourg. Think of yourself as the "General Manager" of your territory—mapping complex account strategies, aligning internal resources, and acting as a true extension of your customer's business. You will work closely with specialized product co-primes, solution architects, and sales engineers to build the best digital transformation roadmaps for your clients.
In this role, you will act as a trusted digital advisor to current and prospective Luxembourgish customers, deeply understanding their unique business challenges, regulatory environments, and strategic goals. You will collaborate with them to evangelize solutions across the Salesforce Platform, helping them blaze new trails and thrive as a valued member of our Ohana.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven Enterprise Sales Success: Demonstrated track record in a quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales role, ideally managing accounts within the Luxembourg market.
Account Planning & Strategy: Establishes plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying enterprise opportunities.
Research & Discovery: Uncovers a prospect’s current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on localized use cases and value hypotheses.
Solutioning: Identifies compelling value propositions that address complex customer needs by demonstrating a deep understanding of cloud technology.
Communication: Exceptional ability to interact with senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely manner across various tools (whiteboarding, presentations, video conferencing).
Team Selling & Resource Application: Leverages the full weight of an extended account team, partners, and technical resources to drive customer success.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Deep passion for driving net-new business growth and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Strong history of creating business cases, service requirements, and strategic alliances.
Sales Methodology education (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
Language Skills: Professional fluency in English, French , or Dutch is required.
