Regional Sales Manager - Data Protection

This leadership role focuses on driving regional growth across a high-value portfolio of data protection, business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience solutions. You will lead and scale a team of specialist account executives, combining hands-on sales leadership with strategic oversight to achieve aggressive revenue targets. The role requires a strong ability to operate in complex enterprise environments, building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers while guiding teams through large and technically sophisticated deals. You will be responsible for shaping regional sales strategy, improving forecast accuracy, and ensuring consistent pipeline development. Working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, you will also engage deeply with channel partners and internal ecosystems to maximize market reach. Accountabilities:
- Lead regional strategy and execution to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across data protection and cyber resilience solutions.
- Manage, coach, and scale a team of specialist account executives through regular performance reviews, deal support, and field engagement.
- Drive pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and sales execution using data-driven insights and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Engage directly in strategic enterprise deals, supporting negotiations and ensuring strong technical and commercial value articulation.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, VARs, resellers, and alliance ecosystems to expand market reach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align resources, improve deal outcomes, and strengthen customer engagement strategies.
- Travel extensively within the region to support field teams and engage with key strategic accounts.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Protection, Cyber Resilience, or related enterprise technology markets.
- At least 3+ years of sales leadership experience in enterprise software or complex technology environments.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving regional revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and data protection technologies.
- Experience selling to enterprise customers across multiple industries and complex organizational structures.
- Strong ability to lead consultative, value-based sales processes (MEDDICC or similar methodologies preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in matrixed environments.
- Established network within channel, VAR, reseller, or managed service provider ecosystems is a strong advantage.
