As a Manager Identity & Access Management, you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients. Your work will involve the design and implementation of strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be part of our Cybersecurity team within our Managed Services practice, focusing on protecting organizations from cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies. This opportunity allows you to work in a dynamic environment where you can develop your skills and contribute to safeguarding sensitive data.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing secure identity and access management strategies to protect sensitive information
- Managing user identities and access rights using systems like Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
- Developing and executing plans for vulnerability management and IT risk mitigation
- Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of cybersecurity initiatives
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify system vulnerabilities and propose proactive solutions
- Collaborating with client support teams to address access management challenges and optimize security protocols
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills in identity governance and IT infrastructure
- Validating compliance with authorization management systems and encryption technologies
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within cybersecurity frameworks
- Confirming the integrity and security of data within identity management systems
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance IT Risk Management strategies
- Excelling in coaching and feedback to develop team capabilities
- Embracing change and innovation in cybersecurity practices
- Managing complex identity and access management systems effectively
- Understand the importance of have a correct information management
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
- Correct Information Security Management
