Global Lead Intelligence Analyst

This role serves as a critical global intelligence function supporting enterprise security operations across multiple regions and threat environments. You will act as the primary point of contact for intelligence analysis activities, delivering insights that inform global security decisions and risk mitigation strategies. The position involves continuous monitoring of global events, geopolitical developments, and OSINT/SOCMINT sources to identify emerging risks and trends. You will transform complex, fast-moving information into clear, actionable intelligence for security leadership and stakeholders. Operating within a global, interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to strategic reporting, operational awareness, and intelligence-driven decision-making. This is a highly visible role where your analysis directly supports the protection of people, assets, and global operations. It requires strong independence, precision, and the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments.
Accountabilities
- Serve as the global point of contact for intelligence analysis activities and coordinate with program leadership on reporting needs and updates.
- Monitor, collect, and manage intelligence inputs from OSINT, SOCMINT, news sources, subscriptions, and other global data channels.
- Conduct continuous monitoring of geopolitical developments, security risks, and emerging global threats impacting multinational operations.
- Produce written intelligence assessments, reports, and briefings for regional and global security stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and potential risks through structured analysis of open-source and classified-relevant information.
- Maintain and refine intelligence tools, queries, and monitoring systems to improve coverage and analytical accuracy.
- Develop, document, and improve standard operating procedures and intelligence workflows.
- Maintain organized, cross-referenced intelligence records and ensure proper data classification and handling of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across regions and business units to align intelligence outputs with operational needs.
- Review and provide feedback on intelligence reports produced by regional teams to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support intake and prioritization of intelligence requests and ensure timely delivery of insights.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external intelligence partners.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality, security protocols, and organizational standards in all intelligence activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Security Studies, Political Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5+ years of progressive experience in intelligence analysis, OSINT/SOCMINT, or security intelligence roles.
- Strong understanding of intelligence analysis methodologies and geopolitical risk assessment.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality written analysis and executive-level intelligence briefings.
- Experience monitoring global news, social media, and open-source intelligence platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex and fast-changing information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple concurrent priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong time management and organizational skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data analysis platforms.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across global teams.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and occasional travel if required.
