Job Description:

主要职责PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

项目管理 Project Management 
•支持工厂总经理管理并评估产品生命周期管理项目和新产品引入项目。 Support site General Manager to governance and evaluate all product Life Cycle Management (LCM) and New Product Development (NPD) projects. 
• 保持与Alliance SPOC密切沟通与合作，推动相关产品优化和变更的成功执行。 Closely connect and work together with Alliance SPOC to drive successful execution of improvement and change. 
• 理解 GMP 的相关准则和 JJIM及外部客户(e.g Hasten, Kenvue) 相关要求，理解公司核心战略及基本业务流程，推动关键项目和 目标。 Understand the relevant guidelines of GMP and requirements in both JJIM and external customers (e.g Hasten, Kenvue). Understand company strategies and basic business processes, drive key projects and objectives. 
• 负责代表工厂完成 LCM/NPD 项目评估，完成项目申请表的批准，并把评估内容交接给执行阶段的项目负责人。 Lead LCM/NPD project assessment and request form approval at Assessment Stage, and hand over all information and assessment information to Project leader at Execution Stage.
 • 建立工厂项目监管机制以管理工厂级重大项目的运行。密切与各项目负责人合作，制定项目总计划并识别出项目 间的相互影响，监管执行阶段各项目的实际花费。 Setup internal governance process to manage all LCM/NPD projects. Work closely with each project leader, work out the integrated project schedule and identify the interdependencies among projects, perform routine update for actual spending for the approved project. 
• 代表工厂 PMO 参加JJIM和外部客户共同组织的项目审核会议，确保所有项目都按照既定工作流程与项目团队做进度 更新。Join and governance JJIM/Customer project review meeting on behalf of site, ensure all projects are well updated the status to project team. 
• 负责和客户制定一致的项目管理原则和方法，定期组织经验教训分享。与各项目负责人定期 回顾并识别项目的重大风险，根据具体情况进行上报，讨论制定解决方案并推动问题解决。 Lead project management principle/methodology alignment, best practice and lesson learned sharing. Perform regular review with each project leader, identify and escalate the key risks as needed, involve in the resolution discussion and push things to move forward.

▪ 对于法规符合性的了解 (适用于制药产业 GMP 和其他法规和指南，J&J 内部要求&指导方针) Understanding of compliance requirements (cGMP and other legislation / guidelines applicable to the pharmaceutical industry, internal J&J requirements & guidelines)
 ▪ 了解固体、非固体产品制剂生产，包装过程，操作工艺，生产设备，生产系统以及质量控制的知识 Understanding pharmaceutical production, packaging process, operation technology, production equipment and production systems, Knowledge of quality control. 
▪ 熟悉流程优化（六西格玛），精益生产的概念和工具 Process excellence (6sigma), lean concepts and tools, and others.
 ▪ 商业头脑与财务知识（预算和花费） Business acumen, financials (budgeting & costing)

相关经验RELATED EXPERIENCE: 6-8 years

学位DEGREE:管理、制药、化工、工业工程或其他相关专业硕士及以上学历 Master’s degree in management, Pharmaceutical, Chemistry Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related majors

语言LANGUAGES:

• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese 能用中文流利的书写和交流 
• Fluent in written and spoken English 精通英语书写和交流

专业系统SPECIFIC SYSTEMS:
• Knowledge of project management (e.g FPX), production, quality management systems, objectives and plan management, business excellence, validation, etc. 项目管理、生产工艺、质量管理体系、目标与计划管理、流程优化、验证等方面的知识的掌握 
• Good knowledge on GMPs, be familiar with production equipment, production processes, quality control processes. Knowledge of production management, financial management, people management 熟悉GMP，熟悉生产和质量控制流程，了解生产设备、生产管理、财务管理及人力资源管理。
