This role sits at the heart of regional procurement execution, driving indirect procurement strategy and delivery across a wide range of categories including marketing, professional services, facilities, retail assets, travel, and CAPEX. You will act as a key business partner, aligning procurement priorities with business needs while ensuring compliance, value creation, and risk management. The role requires strong commercial judgment, stakeholder influence, and the ability to translate category strategies into actionable regional outcomes. You will collaborate closely with global category teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to unlock value and improve procurement effectiveness. Operating in a fast-paced, transformation-oriented environment, you will also play a critical role in supplier performance management and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives on complexity, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic procurement delivery.

Accountabilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end regional procurement execution aligned with global category strategies and business priorities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to consolidate demand, understand requirements, and ensure alignment with procurement objectives.
  • Manage procurement performance metrics, ensuring compliance, risk management, and value delivery across indirect spend categories.
  • Drive supplier performance management, resolve escalations, and ensure timely issue resolution in collaboration with category teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships to enable long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and deliver value creation opportunities through category management principles and innovative sourcing approaches.
  • Support sourcing activities in coordination with global procurement and S2C teams.
  • Drive transformation initiatives, including digital procurement tools and process optimization efforts.
  • Contribute to a “one team” procurement culture across business units, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing market insights and procurement expertise.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, procurement policies, and operating management systems.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Procurement, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
    • Strong understanding of procurement operations and category management principles.
    • Proven experience in stakeholder management within complex, multi-national environments.
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate value, cost, and risk trade-offs.
    • Ability to translate business needs into structured procurement strategies and execution plans.
    • Experience managing suppliers and driving performance improvements in indirect procurement categories.
    • Strong communication, influencing, and storytelling skills to drive alignment across stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving ability in complex and ambiguous environments.
    • Experience working in transformation, change management, or procurement modernization initiatives.
    • Ability to collaborate across global teams and navigate cross-cultural business environments.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
