Assistant Manager, Logistics MX Operation
Position Summary
• Logistics operations: manage on Warehouse / Transport / Inventory• Daily problem solving
• Planning for on time: Good Receive / Good Issue / Transportation
Role and Responsibilities
Provide operation planning for Mobile product & Spare part warehouse operation both inbound and outbound to support sales
Monitor on time operation, inventory consistency to make sure operation follow process and manage any pending task for operation to follow with HQ guideline and achieve operation KPI
Manage and minimized abnormal inventory and execute preventing of abnormal inventory and verify and sort damage product for processing next step.
Manage unsellable product to be disposed by the right process that compile with company guideline
Support Sales and Marketing in sales promotion, new launch by creating new operation process and coordinate with both internal and external customers to get the project live on time (ship to store, redemption and other)
Provide cost analysis to generate operation cost saving for all cost and expense concerning Mobile product & Spare part
Analysis for operation root cause and solution improvement in case stock discrepancy or KPI failure.
Improve effectiveness of processes to achieve objectives target and to activate continual improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in Logistics Field (warehouse & Distribution Operation, Operation Improvement)
Experience in SAP Logistics Execution and TMS/WMS System Implementation
Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to understand the logistic environment. Knowledge of supply chain, receiving, inventory flow and operations principle
Handle Operations related matters with multiple tasks, set work priorities with effectively, and good problem-solving skill
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office as well as an ability to adapt to other software applications such as Power Query and Power BI
Fluency both written and spoken English
Can-do attitude, Works as a team player, Good organizational and time management skills
