This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of global supply chain operations within a fast-growing, international environment. You will oversee the end-to-end flow of hardware products, ensuring seamless coordination between manufacturers, logistics providers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. Working cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and product teams, you will play a key role in maintaining product availability, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth. Accountabilities
- Manage the end-to-end movement of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors across multiple international markets.
- Create, monitor, and manage purchase orders while coordinating production schedules, lead times, and shipment planning with manufacturing partners.
- Oversee inventory management activities, including stock allocation, partial deliveries, replenishment planning, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate international logistics operations with freight forwarders, carriers, and distribution partners to ensure timely product delivery.
- Support distributors through order coordination, delivery updates, issue resolution, and ongoing operational assistance.
- Manage the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process, including issue tracking, manufacturer coordination, reconciliation activities, and root-cause analysis.
- Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and operational data to support purchasing decisions and maintain product availability.
- Develop, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supply chain workflows.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to support business scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between commercial, financial, and product objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, operations, or a related field with direct ownership of day-to-day activities.
- Proven experience working directly with manufacturers, including purchase order management, production coordination, and lead time monitoring.
- Strong understanding of international supply chain operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, and stock allocation practices.
- Experience managing international shipments and working with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and distribution networks.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, or similar platforms for purchasing and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to create structured processes, document workflows, and implement operational improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret forecasts, reporting data, and inventory trends to support decision-making.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment with limited structure and a high level of accountability.
- Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and manufacturing partners across different regions and cultures.
- Exposure to hardware, consumer electronics, e-commerce operations, distributor management, or channel operations is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools, workflow automation, or process optimization technologies is beneficial.
