Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead supply chain transformation initiatives for global organizations across diverse industries. As a subject matter expert, you will help clients optimize planning processes, improve operational efficiency, and unlock business value through advanced supply chain technologies. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and program leaders, you will contribute to the design and implementation of innovative planning solutions. The position combines strategic consulting, solution architecture, and hands-on execution within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will leverage leading supply chain platforms and industry best practices to address complex business challenges. Ideal candidates are analytical problem-solvers with strong domain expertise and a passion for driving measurable outcomes.

• Lead supply chain planning and transformation initiatives, supporting clients in improving operational performance and decision-making capabilities
• Design and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions using industry-leading planning platforms and technologies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution roadmaps, and align technology capabilities with business objectives
• Provide subject matter expertise across supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and integrated business planning
• Drive solution architecture discussions and contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale transformation programs
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder engagements to communicate recommendations and project outcomes
• Support process optimization efforts and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability across supply chain operations
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of planning solutions

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting, planning, or transformation programs
• Strong educational background from reputed engineering, business, or management institutions
• Proven experience delivering large-scale supply chain initiatives across complex business environments
• Expertise in supply chain planning platforms such as Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, SAP IBP, or similar technologies
• Hands-on experience leading supply chain transformation and digital planning projects
• Industry experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, or related sectors
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in dynamic, deadline-driven environments
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently on complex initiatives
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment based in Bengaluru, Karnataka
