At Arrow, we're currently looking for a Customer Support Associate. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to contribute individually and as a team member in providing a great experience to our customers through order management for light manufacturing orders handling the end-to-end process.
What You'll Be Doing
Collaborating with different teams and departments, including sales, planning, warehouse, transportation, quality, buyers, and many others.
Analyzing data in a “Order to Invoice” perspective to find possible actions/solutions to take proactively.
Providing status reports to the customer regarding open and closed orders.
Acting as a first point of escalation after initial requests, regarding expedites, returns, order adjustments, upgrades, and cancellations.
Retrieving order invoices, credit memos, packing slip reprints and other documentation required by the customer.
Following up all cases assigned until final resolution.
Interacting with customer portals, EDI signals and backlog tools.
Working with ERP and CRM systems to ensure information accuracy.
Taking eventual calls and meetings with internal or external teams.
Receiving constant training and courses to ensure that your knowledge is always updated and compliant.
What You'll Need
Typically requires a 2-3 year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
1–2 years of customer service experience.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of supply chain processes.
Teamwork oriented skills.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
