.The AF Customer Service Operations Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of logistics operations through meticulous administrative and clerical support.
This role manages essential office tasks, coordinates logistics activities, and provides comprehensive support to the team. This role demonstrates dependability in handling tasks, a caring attitude towards team collaboration, a proactive approach to improving processes, and a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate and solve challenges, all contributing to the operational success of the company.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional service to clients by identifying and meeting their specific needs, and fosters collaboration and communication with other involved areas to offer timely value propositions that ensure client development
- Builds long-term relationships with clients to become a strategic partner in their business development, anticipating their requirements and exceeding their expectations.
- Increases organizational agility and operational efficiency by adhering to corporate processes, maintaining high-quality standards, minimizing costs, and improving productivity.
- Promotes personalized customer service by anticipating and taking calculated risks to generate innovative ideas that increase customer satisfaction.
- Monitors shipments, maintains constant communication with clients, and addresses any deviations or incidents related to shipments.
- Reviews commercial documents, quotes and follows up on client requests, collaborates with collection areas, and keeps clients informed about business development
- Keeps internal follow-up reports updated, informing clients about market situations, and systematically monitoring client satisfaction.
- Establishes lasting relationships with clients, partners, colleagues, and supervisors to develop innovative solutions and exceed client expectations
Qualifications:

Education: Apprenticeship in Logistics Management required. Associate’s degree in Logistics Management preferred.
Languages: Proficient in National Language and Elementary in English required.
Work Experience: 3-5 years experience in operational logistics and supply chain processes, incoterms and rates and route quotations; Experience in administrative or clerical role required.
