Manager, Client Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Client Services based in the United States.

This role serves as the primary post-implementation client partner, responsible for ensuring long-term satisfaction, performance visibility, and operational excellence across a portfolio of healthcare revenue cycle management clients. You will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and proactive issue resolution in a complex, data-driven environment. The position combines account management, analytics, and healthcare operations expertise to support hospital and physician clients across multiple service lines. You will monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and use data insights to anticipate client needs and prevent issues before they escalate. A strong focus is placed on communication, relationship management, and structured problem-solving in a high-accountability setting. This is a client-facing leadership role where operational detail and strategic oversight come together to drive measurable outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of hospital and physician clients across multiple service lines, ensuring strong performance and long-term satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary post-implementation client contact, acting as an advocate within internal teams.
  • Lead regular and ad hoc client meetings, including agenda preparation, facilitation, and follow-up documentation.
  • Monitor daily operational performance and financial metrics tied to client accounts.
  • Analyze data reports, dashboards, and revenue cycle KPIs to identify trends and performance gaps.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot client issues and drive resolution in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Develop client-specific reports, summaries, and performance deliverables.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs, risks, and lifecycle events to prevent issues before they arise.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of revenue cycle best practices to guide and support client success.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and operational standards.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the healthcare industry.
    • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) strongly required.
    • Strong data analysis skills, including financial trending and interpretation of aggregated datasets.
    • Proven ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and operate in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels (including executives and physicians).
    • Experience running structured client meetings, including agenda creation and documentation of outcomes.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to quality-check reports, data, and client deliverables.
    • Ability to understand and communicate complex healthcare processes in a clear and actionable way.
    • Preferred knowledge of hospital operations, CMS guidelines, or healthcare insurance systems.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
