This role is centered on ensuring reliable, efficient, and secure IT operations across end-user and infrastructure environments. You will provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues while maintaining smooth day-to-day system performance. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will support users remotely and occasionally onsite, ensuring timely resolution of technical incidents. The role also includes user account administration, troubleshooting across Windows environments, and supporting cloud-based services. You will collaborate with IT teams to improve system reliability and implement new technologies. This position offers strong exposure to both traditional IT support and modern cloud-based infrastructure. Accountabilities:
- Provide technical support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control through Active Directory and related systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows 10/11 environments, desktop systems, and business applications.
- Support IT infrastructure operations including ticket management, system monitoring, and service request handling using tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Assist with cloud service environments, including basic administration and support of platforms such as Azure or AWS where applicable.
- Deliver both remote and onsite IT support to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve system performance, implement updates, and support new technology deployments.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration roles.
- Strong proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory user and group management.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to provide remote and onsite IT support in a professional environment.
- Preferred: experience with Microsoft 365, virtualization tools such as VMware, cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), and IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications.
