Data & Analytics Manager, Finance

This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and strategy, driving the use of advanced analytics to shape business decisions across Latin America. You will lead the development of financial data models, insights, and reporting frameworks that directly influence strategic planning and operational performance. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations that support growth, efficiency, and transformation initiatives. The position also involves managing analytics roadmaps and coordinating cross-functional efforts in a highly matrixed, global environment. Beyond execution, you will act as a strategic partner, helping bridge business needs with technical delivery teams. It is a high-impact leadership opportunity for professionals passionate about data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, international context.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the financial data and analytics agenda across Latin America, ensuring alignment with business strategy and corporate objectives.
- Develop, oversee, and optimize data models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Translate large and complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Manage the analytics roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and transformation.
- Partner with business, finance, and technical teams to define requirements and ensure effective solution delivery.
- Lead and develop a team of analysts and finance professionals, fostering high performance and continuous capability building.
- Drive change and innovation by implementing new analytical approaches and best practices across the organization.
- Strong experience in data analytics, financial analytics, or data science roles within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders using data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Experience managing analytics teams and leading end-to-end delivery of data projects.
- Strong business acumen with exposure to finance operations and strategic planning processes.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools.
- Experience working with large datasets and translating them into business impact.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced, and multicultural environments.
- Strong communication skills in English (required) and working knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or similar industries is an advantage.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
