This role sits at the intersection of people analytics, artificial intelligence, and enterprise data strategy, driving how HR leverages data to make smarter, faster, and more automated decisions. You will lead the design and scaling of AI-powered HR solutions that improve employee experience and optimize workforce operations across the organization. The position plays a key role in transforming HR from a traditional reporting function into a predictive and intelligent capability powered by modern analytics and automation. You will work across HR and IT teams to connect systems, build scalable data models, and deploy agent-based solutions. The environment is highly collaborative and innovation-driven, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on technical execution. Accountabilities
- Lead the development of AI-driven HR solutions, including chatbots, digital agents, and automated workflows that streamline HR service delivery and employee support.
- Own workforce and people analytics initiatives using HR platforms to deliver insights on headcount, attrition, recruiting performance, and workforce planning.
- Design, build, and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions using modern visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and integration across HR systems including enterprise HRIS, service platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable analytics and AI solutions.
- Identify and implement emerging AI and automation technologies to continuously modernize HR operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Approximately 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, AI, or people analytics roles.
- Strong expertise in HR data environments, including Workday reporting, data models, and APIs.
- Proven experience building AI-enabled solutions such as chatbots, agents, or workflow automation systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and executive dashboard development.
- Strong programming skills in Python or similar analytical tools.
- Experience with AI platforms or enterprise data platforms (e.g., Foundry or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical execution and problem-solving ability.
