You will work directly with experienced investors, brokers, and referral partners to structure and close a diverse range of financing solutions including fix-and-flip, new construction, bridge, and rental property loans. The role blends entrepreneurial business development with full-cycle deal ownership, from prospecting and relationship building through underwriting and closing. You will operate as a market-facing expert, representing a comprehensive lending platform backed by strong internal support teams and advanced sales technology. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new loan origination activity and managing end-to-end deal execution within the real estate investment lending space. You will build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and industry partners while developing a sustainable pipeline of business across multiple markets.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in real estate lending or private credit origination, along with a proven ability to develop and close high-value, multi-deal pipelines. This role requires both technical lending knowledge and strong business development capability.
