This senior leadership role is responsible for driving strategic growth across biospecimen services within a defined territory. You will own revenue generation, new business acquisition, and expansion of existing client relationships across pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO markets. The role combines high-level commercial leadership with hands-on deal execution in a complex scientific and services-driven environment. You will lead and develop a regional business development team while shaping go-to-market strategies and strengthening cross-functional alignment. This position requires deep industry expertise, strong scientific fluency, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable operational solutions.
