Senior Partnerships Manager

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and client development, shaping how purpose-driven organizations engage audiences through innovative digital media partnerships. You will lead the creation of tailored, high-impact proposals that translate complex client goals into compelling partnership strategies designed to drive measurable social and political impact. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help define how campaigns evolve across issue areas such as climate action, reproductive rights, and civic engagement. The environment is fast-moving, highly collaborative, and deeply mission-oriented, requiring both creative thinking and analytical rigor. You will act as a key connector between clients and internal teams, ensuring ideas move smoothly from concept to execution. Accountabilities

This role is responsible for driving the development of client-facing partnership strategies and proposals, while shaping how ideas are translated into actionable media programs. You will combine strategic insight, research, and storytelling to build persuasive materials and strengthen long-term client relationships.

  • Own the creation of customized pitch decks, proposals, and strategic materials tailored to client goals, issue areas, and campaign objectives
  • Translate nuanced client needs across sectors (political, climate, social impact, and advocacy) into targeted partnership strategies
  • Identify opportunities to expand and deepen existing partnerships through innovative formats, platforms, and engagement models
  • Conduct market, audience, and competitive research to surface emerging digital media trends and convert insights into actionable proposals
  • Serve as an internal expert on evolving digital media tactics and platform dynamics across the social ecosystem
  • Support account leads by contributing strategic thinking, refining drafts, and ensuring high-quality client-ready deliverables
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate brings strong experience in digital media, partnerships, or business development, along with a sharp understanding of how content and campaigns perform across platforms. You are both strategic and execution-oriented, with the ability to move fluidly between research, creative development, and client-facing communication.

    • 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, media strategy, branded content, business development, or digital agency environments
    • Proven ability to develop customized, high-impact proposals and client presentations tailored to specific audiences and goals
    • Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including how content performs across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and similar platforms
    • Experience conducting competitive analysis and trend research, translating insights into strategic recommendations
    • Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, with advanced proficiency in building client-ready decks (e.g., Google Slides)
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and workstreams simultaneously
    • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, CRM systems, and project management platforms (Airtable a plus)
    • Comfort working in fast-paced, mission-driven environments focused on social impact
    • Must be based in the continental United States
